The BakeMax BMFBM01 dough moulder, otherwise known as a bread moulder, is perfect for for shaping dough into bread, sub rolls, hot dog buns, and french bread. This moulding machine will consistently produce uniform bread loaves, and has been designed to meet the professional needs of modern bakeries.

It can produce up to 1200 pieces per hour, with a moulding range from 50 to 1250 grams (1.7 to 44 oz.).
