Warranty, Return, and Delivery/Pickup Policies

Delivery/Pick Up Policy

Invoice payment required in full before delivery or pick up of item. Delivery can be affected by weather. If scheduled delivery is altered due to customer an upcharge may apply. If delivery is completed by a third-party company Gorka’s Food Equipment or JLiquidation Inc. is not responsible for any mishaps and the customer is to address the third-party company for any issues and/or complaints.

Return Policy

You must present a receipt to be considered for the following scenarios.

Without a receipt present we have the right to withhold any and all warranties, store credit and exchange options offered at Gorka’s Food Equipment and JLiquidation Inc.

Used equipment: Exchange only. You may only exchange a piece of used equipment for another piece of used equipment.

All used and refurbished equipment displayed in the back showroom include a 30-day warranty on parts and labour unless stated otherwise at time of sale. Warranty is to be listed in the “description” section of your invoice or sales receipt. If there is nothing present, no warranty has been granted.

All used equipment in the front showroom includes 60-day warranty on parts and labour unless stated otherwise at the time of sale. Warranty should be listed in the “Description” section of invoice or receipt.

Fees may apply for long distant delivery.

All sales on used/refurbished equipment are final after 60 days.

New items: Store credit/exchange only for products that have not been used, products must be returned with original packaging. If original packaging is not present store credit or exchange may not be available.

All sales on new equipment are final after 30 days.

If products are returned for store credit or exchange, there will be a 10% re-stocking fee applied to your credit.

If you are located outside of London ON travel costs may apply to warranty jobs. Warranty is to be listed in the “description” section of your invoice or sales receipt. If there is nothing present, no warranty has been granted. All Gorak’s Food Equipment new, used and refurbished displayed in the showroom includes a minimum of 60-day warranty unless stated differently at time of sale.

Warranty on new equipment varies by brand. Warranty for new equipment is to be addressed at the time of sale. If a warranty call arises feel free to contact the company directly within your allotted warranty time. If you are unsure how to approach your first warranty call, feel free to contact Gorka’s Food Equipment or JLiquidation Inc. for questions, concerns or contact information.Gorka’s Food Equipment and JLiquidation is available to help set up the warranty call but cannot proceed with warranty jobs on new equipment.
