With a cooking surface of 36 by 20.5 inches, this countertop gas griddle is the perfect appliance for restaurants looking to increase the number of grilled items they produce. It features a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate ideal for frying pancakes and eggs or grilling burgers and sandwiches. A 3.25-inch back guard and tapered side guards minimize hot oil and grease splatter on your walls and other appliances.

Thanks to three U-shaped aluminized steel burners, this griddle boasts a total of 75,000 BTU/hr of power. It features one manual heat control valve per burner and uses a standing pilot ignition system to start up.

The griddle is constructed from a completely welded stainless and aluminized steel that makes it durable and able to stand up in busy kitchens. With 4-inch adjustable legs, the unit offers a comfortable 12.5-inch working height. All these features, plus a 4.5-quart removable grease can, add to its convenience and make the unit extremely easy to use and clean.

The Vulcan 36-inch countertop griddle comes equipped with a natural gas connection but can be field converted to liquid propane with a conversion kit supplied with the unit.
